TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We will not reply to questions that are already answerable here or in the FAQs section. Please be responsible enough and read everything before placing an order/ transacting with us.
ORDERING / RESERVATION
We can only hold your items/order for 48 hours. We have the right to cancel your order/reservation if payment is not confirmed within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) will have deadline extension until Monday only.
We require all payments made thru bank deposits and cash remittance to have their payment slips/ deposit slips scanned or photographed and sent to us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the subject 'Order#___ – FULL NAME". No email confirmation for payment made, no shipping.
We require everyone to order thru our website before sending payment. Sending payment without an order thru our website (with no order number) will not be acknowledged and will not be refunded.
Once an order has been cancelled, we will not accept payment anymore. Payment for cancelled orders or orders exceeding the maximum limit will not be refunded. For paid orders which are cancelled or exceeded the maximum limit, you may reorder again with same amount of your payment, not more than your payment.
ALL PAID AND SOLD ITEMS ARE FINAL.No returns, refunds or replacements for paid and sold items unless it is in the wrong shade/wrong item. Some items may have minimal dents on packaging due to shipping/transit from the Korea to manila, but rest assured that they are brand new and unused.

We will not allow any additional items once an order has been placed. You may place another order but we will not combine shipping. Please be sure of what you really want to purchase before placing an order.
Our default courier is METROWIDE & FASTRACK and their partner for provincial delivery are LBC and 2GO. Once shipped, we are not anymore liable of delayed, damaged items or lost packages. We make sure that the item is in good condition before shipping out. In some cases the courier did not show up on the day we scheduled for delivery, we are not liable for the delay it may cause. We are not liable for any delayed, damaged or lost package.
PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH TO KNOW IF YOUR ADDRESS IS ON METRO MANILA OR PROVINCIAL AREAS . We will not ship orders with address on Provincial areas but placed Metro Manila in their order. Orders with incomplete payment will be on hold for 2 days only. We will hold your order for 2 days only until you pay the remaining balance. Not being able to pay the balance within 2 days will forfeit your order.
REPLACEMENT, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We accept replacements for items that is sent in the wrong shade or wrong item as long as the buyer returns the item sealed and unused. We accept replacements for orders/packages/items shipped within 5 days timeframe only, no replacements shall be given to orders that are not returned within the 5 days the date of your package/order has been shipped. We do not accept replacements for items broken during transit/delivery, we make sure that the item is in good condition and not broken/opened before shipping out. Shipping fee for both item to be returned from buyer to seller and shipping for replacement from seller to buyer shall be shouldered both by the buyer in all cases. We do not give refunds on damaged/broken items during transit; you may contact METROWIDE at http://www.metrowidecourier.com/ for insurance on damaged/broken items during transit. We do not give cash refunds for wrong shade/wrong item, only credit replacements. For missing items, we will give credit of the same amount of the item missing that you may use to purchase, given that you provide us a photo of the package we have sent you and the small list of items included (item missing should not be included in the list to be proven missing), no cash refunds, shipping fee not included. In some cases that the item the buyer paid for is out of stock, the buyer agrees to have the payment for the out of stock item to be refunded.

In some rare cases, we do make mistakes too because we handle orders everyday. Please do contact us thru email (email@example.com) or official facebook page (www.facebook.com/rucysvanityph) with your full name, order number, and your concern. We will do our best to handle your concern and we do apologize if there is any mistake made.
